The Picture Butte fans have some hoarse voices after the action-packed weekend. The Blades hosted their home tournament this past weekend and played hard to advance to the A-Final against the Medicine Hat Predators.
The team had to skate hard and it was some intense hockey. Cameron Hillaby had some amazing saves in goal and worked hard for his team. In the last minute, the coaches pulled Hillaby from goal and the power line battled it out to get one in but just couldn’t get it done. The final score ended up being 4-3 for the Predators, but the Blades need to be proud of their effort.
