Good luck Kathy

I read last week (a few weeks ago) that Kathy Bly is leaving the Sunny South News, heading for a new adventure.

I have known Kathy for her entire career at the Sunny South News and couldn’t let her move on without thanking her for her years of service to our communities.

I have dealt with numerous newspaper reporters from across Canada over the years and Kathy was the best.

She approached every interview professionally and always maintained the highest degree of integrity and honesty.

There was never any bias; she told it like it was, without putting her or her newspaper’s spin on the topic. A rare occurrence these days.

Good luck Kathy, we hope to see you down the road.
