The Kate Andrews Pride dropped a close decision to Magrath 8-4 last Thursday night. Alex Ross got a no decision, after allowing three runs off of four hits while striking out 11 over six innings of work.

The offence was led by Blake Thompson going three for four with a triple. The offensive play of the night was a solo home run by Alex Ross in the fifth inning.

However, a five run seventh inning was too much for the pride to overcome, as Magrath scored five runs out of two hits in the seventh.
