Town of Nobleford Bylaw #614 (Land Use Bylaw) Review
Council discussed the benefits and timeline of reviewing the Land Use Bylaw and decided to immediately proceed with having the Oldman River Regional Services Commission begin reviewing and updating the Land Use Bylaw, on the condition that the project would be completed in the summer of 2025 and that billing wouldn’t occur until 2025.
Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) Rural Renewal Stream
Council debated the extent to which the program would benefit local businesses.
Lethbridge County Regional Emergency Management Partnership (LCREMP)
Council approved signing onto the Lethbridge County Regional Emergency Management Partnership.

Public Works Report
The Public Works Report updated Council on the contracted street sweeping, current raw water levels, soccer field washrooms, the skatepark, planter boxes, 12 Street gravel and grading, and various upcoming projects and initiatives.
Chief Administrative Officer Report
The CAO provided a report on the Oldman Reservoir’s current water levels, installation of new flashing crosswalk signs, road paving preparation, 2024 tax notices, Peace Officer research, 12 Street maintenance, progress of the Town office renovation, soccer field washrooms, the release of the 2024 Budget Release document, and an upcoming conference.
Councillor Reports
Mayor Boeder reported on her attendance at the Rural Renewal Stream Community Luncheon hosted by the Town of Taber and a request from the Oldtimers Society for assistance with grant writing.
